S3 Lower Shock Absorber Bearings Kit

Premium kits contain all the elements necessary for a complete OEM quality service for the lower part of your shock absorber.

Manufactured specifically to meet strict OEM quality requirements in terms of materials, dimensional tolerances, hardness and surface roughness.

• PINS: Pins are precision turned, induction hardened and, polished to tolerances set by the vehicle manufacturer. The material used is SAE52100 high-grade bearing steel.
• COLLARS: Collars are precision turned, polished, hardened to HRC48 and then galvanized. The material used is automotive standard SPCC steel.
• SEALS: Dust seals are made of nitrile butadiene rubber and strictely molded to exact OEM specifications. They prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture and other harmful contaminants from entering the bearings.
• HIGH-STRENGTH NEEDLE BEARINGS: Heavy duty needle bearings are full complement drawn cup, hardened SPCC steel with internal clearances particularly suited for off-road racing use (suited to withstand high shock and loads).
